Terms and conditions

1. Personal responsibility and consent
All clients must be aged 18 or over. My role is to connect with your loved ones in Spirit and offer guidance. You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a reading. Andrea Mullan and Infinity Medium And Psychic Readings are not responsible for those decisions or actions. If you book for another person, you must have their permission and ensure that they understand and accept these terms before their reading.

2. Professional advice
Readings do not replace advice or support from a qualified medical, legal or financial professional, or counsellor. Please consult an appropriately qualified professional about these matters.

3. Video calls, recordings and confidentiality
All readings take place via secure video call. Screen or video recording is not permitted unless both parties agree verbally and in a signed written agreement. An audio recording is available if you would like one. Recordings must not be shared with others, distributed online or posted on social media without both parties’ verbal and signed written agreement.
If you agree to leave a review, your complimentary audio recording will be sent after the review has been completed.

4. Payment and rescheduling
Payment is required in full before your reading. If you cannot attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. I understand that illness and unexpected circumstances can make this difficult. There may also be occasions when I need to reschedule for health reasons. I will do my best to arrange a suitable alternative appointment.

5. Refunds
If either of us cannot attend, you will be offered another date and time. If the alternative is not suitable, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the transaction fee.
If I cannot connect with the correct person in Spirit, or you are not satisfied within the first 15 minutes, the amount paid will be refunded, less the transaction fee. Before the appointment, an email or message will confirm that both parties are happy to proceed.

6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date printed on them. Please check this date when purchasing or receiving a voucher.

7. Attendance and respectful conduct
Join from a quiet, private space where you can be present and attentive. Do not attend while driving, shopping, cooking or using the bathroom. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs. This does not mean stopping prescribed medication.
Nudity, partial nudity, abusive or disrespectful language, and discriminatory behaviour relating to ethnicity, religion, sexuality or gender will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to end a reading if these boundaries are breached.

8. Acceptance of these terms
By booking a reading, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you book for someone else, you must make them aware of the terms and obtain their agreement before the session.

Mutual respect
Please approach the reading with an open mind, an open heart and respect for everyone involved. Avoid phone calls, messages, smoking and vaping during the session. If you need a bathroom break, please excuse yourself, mute your microphone and turn off your camera; leave your device outside the bathroom. I will offer you the same courtesy and respect.
