Requesting a reading

Readings are offered by request, with a limited number of appointments released at a time. All clients must be aged 18 or over.

Complete the request form on this page. If it does not load, email andreathemedium@gmail.com with the subject “Reading Request”. Please include your name, chosen service, timezone, email address, phone number and three preferred dates and times in GMT.

Video calls only
All readings take place via secure video call, including Zoom or Google Meet. Please agree on the app with Andrea before your appointment.

Booking in advance
Where possible, request your reading one to two weeks ahead. Always include your timezone. Priority appointments may be available depending on my health and existing commitments, and cost more than standard appointments. Please enquire about availability and pricing.

Holding fee and balance
A holding fee of £10–£15 secures your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the reading. If you are not satisfied within the first 15 minutes, please let me know. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions, including deduction of the transaction fee.

Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Your holding fee or payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. I understand that health emergencies happen and will try to accommodate exceptional circumstances.
