1. Do you offer readings in person?
No. All readings take place via secure video call. I do not offer home visits or appointments at my home or other premises.
2. What is the difference between mediumship and psychic readings?
Mediumship connects with loved ones or animals in Spirit, sharing evidence of their personalities, memories and messages. My “Feel Their Touch — Mini-Reunion Mediumship Experience” also explores the possibility of sensing a loved one’s touch, embrace or familiar scent.
Psychic readings focus on your own energy, life and possibilities, including career, travel and, for single clients, potential romance.
3. Are you available 24 hours a day?
No. Readings are by appointment. Calls and messages end at 7:30 pm GMT, and the service is closed at weekends and on public holidays. Requests received outside these hours will be answered during working hours.
4. Can you tell me whether my partner is cheating or predict someone else’s relationship?
I do not read another living person’s thoughts, feelings or private life without their consent. Confidentiality and ethical boundaries apply to every reading.
5. Do you offer free readings or a single word of confirmation?
No. Readings are a paid professional service. A connection is considered through the evidence as a whole, rather than a guarantee that one particular word, name or phrase will be given.
6. Where can I find more information?
The Services, Preparing for a Reading, and Bookings & Payments pages explain the available readings and booking process. If your question is not covered, please email me.
7. Can you locate a lost phone or recover an account password?
No. I do not offer lost-property searches or account and password recovery.
8. How should I prepare?
Choose a quiet space, minimise distractions and attend sober and alert. Do not join while driving, shopping or carrying out other tasks. Come with an open mind and offer brief, honest feedback without giving detailed background information. Please see Preparing for a Reading for the full guidance.
9. Can I ask questions about my loved ones in Spirit?
Yes. Some questions may be addressed naturally during the reading. Please save any remaining questions until the end so there is time for the evidence and messages to unfold. Answers cannot be guaranteed.
10. What if something upsetting comes up?
We agree on a safe word before the session. If a person or subject arises that you do not want to explore, use the word and I will redirect the reading without judgement. We will also discuss any topics that are off limits before we begin. I open with a request to Divine Source that the reading serves the highest good of everyone involved.
11. What drew you to this work?
I come from six generations of intuitives, empaths and healers, and my family has also known profound grief. My maternal grandmother and her daughter each lost a baby and later an adult son. My aunt Anne’s son was murdered, and she died without anyone having been arrested for his murder. Seeing their pain helped shape my wish to offer comfort to grieving people and families, and my interest in supporting law enforcement investigations.
My family’s intuition is woven into my own story: at my grandfather’s funeral, my grandmother told my mother she was pregnant with a girl. My mother disagreed—but here I am, named after her much-loved brother Andy. I feel honoured to carry that family tradition into work that helps others find comfort and connection.
